These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of YTDiscovery ("the Service"), operated by YTDiscovery ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
You may use YTDiscovery only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for any content you create, generate, or upload using the Service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity on your account.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 7 days of an annual purchase.
4. AI-generated content
Content generated by AI models within the Service is provided "as is". You retain ownership of your prompts and outputs, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenRouter). You are responsible for reviewing generated content for accuracy and appropriateness before publishing.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to create content that is unlawful, harassing, infringing, or that violates YouTube's Community Guidelines or the terms of our AI providers.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from account settings.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the AI-generated content will achieve any particular result.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice.
